About Us
Billy Smith Jewelers has been owned and operated as a family business since 1958. Originally founded by his grandfather William Flay, Billy apprenticed under his grandfather and eventually took over the business in the late 1980's.
The downtown jewelery district located on the Bowery and Canal Street dates back to the 1920's - the oldest jewelry district in New York City.
